I lost 20 kilos in 7 months. Of course I slowly got them back within the following 24 month. That’s when I realized: it’s not just about loosing the weight. It’s about maintaining the routine that got you there in the first place. About staying motivated and keeping going.

LIANEL SPENGLER

I work out 3-4 times a week. Apart from my bodyweight training, I visit my physiotherapist on a regular basis. My body constantly hurts somewhere. At some point, I looked at my routine with a professional. Turns out I’m doing some exercises the wrong way.

IVANA COSTA

I love to spend my time off on the back of a horse. Some people say, it doesn’t count if you let the horse do all the running, but I just love the fact that I’m reaching my daily 10000 steps so much faster on four legs! 

ELEANOR MACLEOD

I’m not a very sporty person. Why not, you ask? Well, mainly because I think it’s no fun and therefore I lack the motivation. Of course this will change once YARU is up and running.

I breathe sports. As general manager europe, I played my part in the success story of the Swiss running-shoe brand ON. After almost three decades in the sports industry, I’m now advising upcoming brands with potential on their way to the top.

I love riding my bicycle up a Swiss mountain. Once back down, I’m professionally investing in startups as a Partner of Zühlke Ventures. The same way YARU will make the world fitter and healthier, I’ll help the project to lift off.
